DataGlue

A common problem / a joined result

Ad platforms can't see our real results

Define the result after the form and send it through an agreed ads route.

Talk through the sources behind your question.

01 / The symptom

Sound familiar?

Your ads count submitted forms, while your team cares about attended calls, signed deals or paid orders. The result you want to use stays in the CRM or billing system.

02 / Why it happens

The pieces live apart.

The ad click and later business events live apart. The destination needs a supported match key and conversion format, as well as a clear definition of the result you want to send.

Separate systems / separate pieces
  1. Website

    The recorded ad click

  2. CRM

    The signed deal

  3. Billing

    The received payment

Each source has a piece. The join gives the pieces a shared meaning.

03 / What changes with DataGlue

One rule. A useful result.

Example rule / events → tag

  1. Website: ad enquiry sent

  2. CRM: deal signed

  3. Billing: payment received

In this order, within 30 days, linked to the same confirmed customer and a supported ad identifier.

Resulting tag

Ad enquiry became a paid customer

Illustrative rule. Sources, match keys and timing are agreed in the build.

What you get

  • A conversion tied to the business result you chose.
  • The source evidence behind that conversion.
  • An agreed delivery route with destination requirements checked.

Systems usually joined: Website, CRM, Billing. The team checks the records, match keys and destination with you.

04 / Who feels it

A question that crosses teams.

Performance marketers and revenue teams whose valuable results happen after the online form.

05 / Questions before the build

Good questions. Clear answers.

Will this improve ad performance?

It can give the destination a better defined business result where delivery is supported. It does not guarantee lower costs, more sales or a particular optimisation result.

Can any tag be sent as a conversion?

The destination's fields, match keys, timing and data controls must support it. The team checks those requirements before agreeing the delivery route.

What if we have no click ID?

The team checks which supported identifiers are available. If there is no acceptable match, the result may still be useful for your own reporting but cannot be assumed to match an ad.
