FROM FIRST CALL TO LIVE OUTCOMES

One question. Five steps to an answer your team can use.

Start with the decision your team is stuck on. Here’s what happens next, and what you get along the way.

  1. Step 1: Book a call

    Bring one question.

Talk it through with the people who would build it. We find where its data lives today.

    STEP 01 · AT A GLANCE

    BRING
The decision your team is stuck on
    SHOW
The tools and reports behind it
    LEAVE WITH
    A straight answer on fit
    YOU GET
    A straight answer on fit.
    WHO’S INVOLVED
You and the people who would build it.
  2. Step 2: Working session

A working session to map your data.

We map every source behind the decision, then show you what it looks like glued together. You get the scope and plan before work begins.

    STEP 02 · AT A GLANCE

    DECISION
The result, its owner and how you’ll judge success
    SOURCES
Where the data lives, disagrees or goes missing
    SCOPE
The build and its price, agreed before work begins
    YOU GET
A clear view of what the build would involve.
    WHO’S INVOLVED
Our builders and the teams closest to the decision.
  3. Step 3: Build together

    We connect the pieces.

A dedicated team finds the signals, glues them into one living model and matches records on evidence. Your systems stay where they are.

    STEP 03 · AT A GLANCE

    FIND
    The signals one decision needs
    GLUE
    One model across your systems
    CHECK
Links marked confirmed, candidate or conflict
    YOU GET
The data behind your decision, joined with a source on each step.
    WHO’S INVOLVED
We carry the build. Your team opens access and sets the rules for ownership, privacy and quality.
  4. Step 4: Go live

Your first result, ready to use.

We take the first result live in your Glue Console. Ask in plain words, see what each step read, and open the counts to their rows.

    STEP 04 · AT A GLANCE

    ASK
    A question in plain words
    CHECK
The formula, source and records behind the answer
    DECIDE
Your team acts on a result it can check
    YOU GET
Your first result, live, in a Glue Console your team keeps.
    WHO’S INVOLVED
We take it live. Your team asks, checks and decides.
  5. Step 5: Keep building

    Your team keeps the Console.

Then the next outcome builds on the same model. The rollout runs in phases, each measured against the outcome.

    STEP 05 · AT A GLANCE

    KEEP
Your Glue Console and the context behind it
    BUILD ON
    The same living model
    MEASURE
    Each phase against the outcome
    YOU GET
A shared record your team can keep asking and checking.
    WHO’S INVOLVED
Your team owns the decision. We build the next outcome with you.

The call scopes fit. The build is a separate engagement, priced before work begins.

WHAT’S INCLUDED · THE WHITE-GLOVE OUTCOME BUILD

A team to build it. A Console to keep. A dedicated team does the gluing. Your team does the deciding.

We glue the signals one decision needs into one living model and take the first result live. Call results and payments join as your CRM or warehouse records them.

We don't do sales calls. We do deep architectural reviews. Bring the decision your team is stuck on.

WHAT YOU’VE TRIED

How this works with the tools you already have.

Each tool you tried starts from its own data. We start from your decision.

  1. Dashboards

Does well: Clear charts of one system.

    WHERE IT STOPS

Each shows one system, on its own clock. Someone still joins the story by hand.

    INSTEAD

One timeline across your systems, with the source on each step.

  2. A CDP

Does well: Collects website and app events at scale.

    WHERE IT STOPS

Most ask you to move your data in first. Plumbing first, answers later.

    INSTEAD

Only what one decision needs. Your systems stay where they are.

  3. Attribution tools

Does well: A consistent way to split credit.

    WHERE IT STOPS

They stop at the click. The call, the deal and the payment sit in other systems.

    INSTEAD

The path your customer took, observed, with the source on each step.

  4. Agencies and consultants

Does well: Expert attention on your channels.

    WHERE IT STOPS

They report on the channels they run. The context leaves when the contract ends.

    INSTEAD

The context stays with your team, in the Glue Console.

  5. A warehouse project

Does well: Everything stored in one place.

    WHERE IT STOPS

Storage isn’t meaning. Someone still decides which records are one person and which number is right.

    INSTEAD

Records matched on evidence, each link marked confirmed, candidate or conflict.

  6. AI connectors

Does well: Fast access to a system.

    WHERE IT STOPS

They read one system and answer with confidence.

    INSTEAD

Answers from the glued record of visits, forms, bookings and emails. Every step shows what it read.

  7. Spreadsheets and the Monday meeting

Does well: Flexible, familiar and already open.

    WHERE IT STOPS

Rebuilt by hand every month. Versions drift. It lives with one person.

    INSTEAD

One shared record the whole team reads, with the source on each step.

Each of these does its own job well. None was built to answer one decision across every channel.

If you leave, your data stays yours: sessions, events and identity links can be exported on request.

WE USE AI TOO. IT SHOWS WHAT IT READ.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers before the call. On getting started, your data, AI and cost.

Your setup, your questions.

Bring them to the call. That’s what it’s for.

Getting started

What happens after I book?
We reply to the email you gave us to set a time. On the call, you talk the decision through with the people who would build it. We find where its data lives today and give you a straight answer on fit. If it fits, the next step is a working session.
Do we need a data team, a warehouse or clean data first?
No. Messy data is where we start. If your CRM history isn’t in a warehouse yet, getting it there is part of the build. A dedicated team does the gluing. Your team names the decision and decides.
What happens in an Outcome Build?
We start with one decision and how you’ll judge success. We map every source behind it, glue them into one living model, match records on evidence and take the first result live in a Glue Console your team keeps. Then the next outcome builds on the same model. Think of it as hiring a data team without hiring a data team.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the decision and the systems behind it. You get the scope and the plan before work begins. The build runs in phases, each measured against the outcome.

Data and trust

Do we have to move our data?
No. Your systems stay where they are. We connect what the decision needs: natively where we can, through your warehouse or our API where we can’t.
Which kinds of systems can you connect?
Stick captures activity on your site and web app. Booking and email platforms, your CRM, Postgres, webhooks and our REST API can contribute the records behind an outcome. App installs, store visits, drive-through orders and car park events can join when your systems record them. We map the available source data, consent and match keys during the build before promising a linked journey.
How do you match people across systems?
On evidence: emails, accounts and customer IDs you already trust. Website profiles that share an email merge automatically. CRM records never join a profile silently. Each link is marked confirmed, candidate or conflict.
What does Stick collect, and what does it leave out?
Stick records visits, forms, clicks and page speed on your site, served from your own domain, and reads ad click ids from the landing page URL. It skips password, card, government ID and health fields, and session replay masks what people type, by default. Consent modes, masking and an on or off switch for each signal sit with you, with an audit trail.
Where does our data sit, and who can see it?
In DataGlue’s cloud, with roles, an admin audit log and scoped API keys. Evidence can also stream into your own Postgres warehouse, where an Outcome Build sets that up.
What happens if we leave?
Your data stays yours: sessions, events and identity links can be exported on request. Whatever an Outcome Build already streams to your warehouse stays there.

AI

Which AI model does it use?
Ask AI in the Glue Console runs on one model that we set up and run for you, so there’s no model to pick and no key to bring. If your team already works in its own AI tools, we can wire the context into them as part of an Outcome Build.
Will it make up numbers?
It shows its work: every step shows what it read. Counts in Outcomes open to their rows, so your team checks before acting.
Why not connect our systems straight to an AI assistant?
Connectors give access. They don’t decide which records are one person, or which of three definitions is right. An assistant that reads one system answers with confidence and misses the rest. We do the gluing with you. Then your team asks in the Glue Console. Ask AI reads visits, forms, bookings and emails, and Outcomes count the CRM steps with the rows behind them.
Can our own tools read the glued data?
For profiles, events and sessions, yes, through our REST API. Evidence can also stream into your Postgres warehouse, where an Outcome Build sets that up, and your other tools read it there.

Cost and fit

What does it cost?
Scoped and priced to the outcome. Agreed before work begins. There’s no rate card and there are no seat licences. The call scopes fit. The build is a separate engagement, priced before work begins.
Is DataGlue a service or software?
Both, on purpose. A dedicated team takes the first result live. Your team then works in the Glue Console, asking and checking before it decides.
Is this only for sales and marketing?
No. Start wherever one decision is worth real money: revenue, sales, customer service, operations, leadership or AI. The channels behind it come along: call results, the CRM, email, forms, bookings and payments. Support and product data join through your warehouse or our API, as part of the build.
We already have a CDP, a BI tool or an agency. Do we replace them?
No. Keep them. Each does its own job well. We glue the records one decision needs, and your systems stay where they are. Bring their reports to the call. They show us where the numbers disagree.
Who is it right for?
Teams whose customers cross four or more systems before they pay, with a decision that keeps stalling on which number is right. It isn’t for you if all your data lives in one tool.
What is the closest comparison?
An ontology: one living model of your customers and your business, with many sources glued into it. A dedicated team builds it with you, and your team asks it in plain words. Not another dashboard, and not another report.
