DataGlue

DataGlue for Operations leaders

I need to know where the work is waiting.

One team takes the booking. Another delivers the work. A third sends the invoice. DataGlue joins the recorded steps so you can see what happened and what needs checking.

A dedicated team builds it with you. Start with one decision.

One question. Joined records.

Sound familiar?

You could fix the handoff. You just can’t find the missing step.

Each team sees its own queue

A job looks complete in one tool and untouched in the next.

Customers spot the gap first

You learn a handoff broke when someone asks where their work is.

Missing and late look alike

A step may not have happened, or its record may not have arrived.

The fix lives in a spreadsheet

Someone exports and matches the same jobs every week.

A joined picture

Follow one process across its systems.

Choose the handoff you need to see. DataGlue joins its recorded events by customer or job ID, then shows the rule for a completed or stalled result.

Systems usually joined

  • Forms
  • Bookings
  • CRM
  • Project records
  • Support
  • Payments
  1. Example 01

    1. Bookings: job booked
    2. Project records: work completed
    3. Billing: invoice issued

In this order, within 14 days, for the same job ID.

    Events → tag

    Booked work completed and invoiced

  2. Example 02

    1. Project records: job assigned
    2. Project records: no work started after 2 days

For the same job, after the agreed wait; check feed coverage before treating absence as a stall.

    Events → tag

    Assigned job waiting to start

  3. Example 03

    1. Support: issue opened
    2. Project records: corrective work completed
    3. Support: issue resolved

In this order, within 7 days, linked to the same issue and job.

    Events → tag

    Issue resolved after corrective work

Example rules, not customer results. We agree source access, match keys, time windows and tag destinations in your build.

How we work

One question. Five steps with your team.

The same build process, shaped around your decision and its sources.

  1. Book a call

    Bring one question.

Talk it through with the people who would build it. We find where its data lives today.

  2. Working session

A working session to map your data.

We map every source behind the decision, then show you what it looks like glued together. You get the scope and plan before work begins.

  3. Build together

    We connect the pieces.

A dedicated team finds the signals, glues them into one living model and matches records on evidence. Your systems stay where they are.

  4. Go live

Your first result, ready to use.

We take the first result live in your Glue Console. Ask in plain words, see what each step read, and open the counts to their rows.

  5. Keep building

    Your team keeps the Console.

Then the next outcome builds on the same model. The rollout runs in phases, each measured against the outcome.

What you get

Useful context. In the tools you use.

  1. One process timeline

See the handoffs across the tools that record them.

  2. Stalls you can inspect

Open the rows behind a waiting-work tag.

  3. Shared completion rules

Agree what done means across teams.

  4. Clear source gaps

Check missing records before calling a job stuck.

  5. Tags where work happens

Send the result to your CRM, email or BI route.

  6. A build you can extend

Start with one handoff, then join the next.

Fair questions

What you might be wondering.

Couldn’t I just automate the handoff?

Yes, when the trigger and records are clear. DataGlue helps when the handoff needs facts from several systems or teams disagree on what complete means. We build the joined rule, and your existing tools can act on its tag.

Does a missing event mean the job is stuck?

Not always. It may mean the record is late or the source did not capture the step. We agree data arrival and check coverage, so your team can tell an observed stall from a gap that needs review.

Do we need a data team or clean data first?

No. Bring one question and the names of the systems behind it. A dedicated team maps the sources, joins the records and builds the result with you. Your team sets ownership, privacy and quality rules.

What does it cost, and what happens on the call?

The first call checks the outcome, the sources and the fit. No system access is needed for that conversation. If it fits, we map the data in a working session. The build is a separate engagement, scoped and priced before work begins; there is no public rate card.

Your next step

Bring the question you keep coming back to.

We’ll talk through the outcome, where its data lives and whether a build fits. No system access needed for the first call.

Is it a fit?

An honest fit check.

A good fit

This may suit you if…

  • One process crosses teams and separate tools.
  • You can identify the job, order or customer being followed.
  • You want to check source gaps before acting.

Probably not a fit

This may not suit you if…

  • A single workflow tool already contains the full process.
  • Offline steps have no record or agreed way to capture one.
  • You expect a tag to run the operation without an owner.
