DataGlue

DataGlue for Logistics & fleet managers

I need to see why the job was late.

Dispatch holds the plan. GPS shows movement. Scans and sensors show what happened to the load. DataGlue joins those records by vehicle, job or shipment ID.

A dedicated team builds it with you. Start with one decision.

One question. Joined records.

Show the formula.

Which events. In what order.

Connections and destinations agreed in the build.

Sound familiar?

You could fix the delay. You just can’t trace the whole trip.

The plan and trip sit apart

Dispatch times and actual vehicle movements live in different tools.

A late scan hides the wait

The delivery record does not show how long the vehicle stayed at the depot.

Sensor alerts lack shipment context

A temperature alert needs the load and delivery records around it.

A repair does not end the story

The same fault can return without the service history beside it.

A joined picture

Join the plan, the movement and the result.

Describe the delay or pattern you need to see. DataGlue shows the event order and threshold, then joins the recorded trip, scans and readings on the right IDs.

Systems usually joined

  • Dispatch
  • GPS / telematics
  • IoT sensors
  • Delivery scans
  • Maintenance
  • Warehouse system
  1. Example 01

    1. GPS: depot arrival
    2. Dispatch: job assigned
    3. GPS: depot departure more than 45 minutes later

In this order, on 3 trips in 14 days, for the same vehicle.

    Events → tag

    Repeated long depot waits

  2. Example 02

    1. Dispatch: delivery window set
    2. GPS: stop reached
    3. Delivery scans: completed after the window

In this order, on 3 deliveries in 7 days, for the same route.

    Events → tag

    Route with repeated late deliveries

  3. Example 03

    1. Telematics: vehicle fault recorded
    2. Maintenance: repair completed
    3. Telematics: same fault returned

In this order, within 7 days of repair, for the same vehicle and fault code.

    Events → tag

    Fault returned after service

Example rules, not customer results. We agree source access, match keys, time windows and tag destinations in your build.

How we work

One question. Five steps with your team.

The same build process, shaped around your decision and its sources.

  1. Book a call

    Bring one question.

Talk it through with the people who would build it. We find where its data lives today.

  2. Working session

A working session to map your data.

We map every source behind the decision, then show you what it looks like glued together. You get the scope and plan before work begins.

  3. Build together

    We connect the pieces.

A dedicated team finds the signals, glues them into one living model and matches records on evidence. Your systems stay where they are.

  4. Go live

Your first result, ready to use.

We take the first result live in your Glue Console. Ask in plain words, see what each step read, and open the counts to their rows.

  5. Keep building

    Your team keeps the Console.

Then the next outcome builds on the same model. The rollout runs in phases, each measured against the outcome.

More about how we work
What you get

Useful context. In the tools you use.

  1. Plan-to-trip context

Compare dispatch steps with recorded movements.

  2. Repeat waits visible

Tag the depot pattern using an agreed threshold.

  3. Shipment evidence

Keep sensor readings linked to the right load.

  4. Repair history joined

See faults before and after completed service.

  5. Tags for your team

Route reviewed patterns to dispatch or BI tools.

  6. A scoped first build

Start with one delay, route or fault question.

Fair questions

What you might be wondering.

Couldn’t I just use our GPS dashboard?

Yes, for vehicle movements it records. DataGlue helps when you need to join those movements to the dispatch plan, delivery scans, shipment readings or repairs. Your GPS and dispatch tools stay in place.

Will an alert arrive instantly?

Data arrival and tag update frequency depend on the sources and build. We agree them with your team. Late scans and missing readings stay visible; a joined record does not promise instant or complete coverage.

Do we need a data team or clean data first?

No. Bring one question and the names of the systems behind it. A dedicated team maps the sources, joins the records and builds the result with you. Your team sets ownership, privacy and quality rules.

What does it cost, and what happens on the call?

The first call checks the outcome, the sources and the fit. No system access is needed for that conversation. If it fits, we map the data in a working session. The build is a separate engagement, scoped and priced before work begins; there is no public rate card.

Your next step

Bring the question you keep coming back to.

We’ll talk through the outcome, where its data lives and whether a build fits. No system access needed for the first call.

Free first call. Scope and price agreed before a build begins.

Is it a fit?

An honest fit check.

A good fit

This may suit you if…

  • A delay or fault question crosses operational systems.
  • Vehicle, route or shipment IDs can link the events.
  • You can agree thresholds and who reviews the tags.

Probably not a fit

This may not suit you if…

  • You only need to see a vehicle on a map.
  • You need a replacement dispatch or routing platform.
  • You expect records from sensors or scans that are not captured.
